TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All fees are due the 1st of the month without demand.

• A $25 charge will be assessed for returned checks.

• User will be locked out of unit and charged a $10 lock-out fee anytime after rent is more than 5 days overdue. In the event of lockout, call at owner’s office above.

• It is expressly understood owner carries no insurance covering user’s good and assumes no liability for same.

• Units will not be leased for a period of less than one month.

• No refund on rent.

• It is the responsibility of the user to report any change of address in writing to the owner.

• User understands owner has a lien on goods for payment of fees due and may sell same with proper notice.

• The Security Deposit of one month’s rent will be returned in accordance with paragraph V of agreement.
