Do You Require A Security Deposit?
Yes, we ask for a one month security deposit. This deposit is refundable if the rent is paid to date and the unit is swept broom clean.

Are Electronic Payment Available?
Since we don’t take automatic withdrawals, many customers opt to set up monthly electronic checks sent out through their bank.
Can I Rent A Unit Over The Phone?
We require a photo ID and in-person rental when setting up your new storage unit account.
